We select small restaurants, mostly with outdoor dining, so again, with excellent fresh air.
Volare lodging is private to an extreme... with private gardens, kitchen or a la carte dining - or room service. Hammock and air conditioning, nature and fresh vegetables grown on the farm

The accommodations we recommend have abundant fresh air, good circulation. Volare does not use "climate controlled" hotels unless you specifically require it. Our recommended hotels with air conditioning use individual units, with fresh outside air entering your room through an exterior inlet and controlled by you -- nothing centrally circulated. Every lodging we recommend allows opening windows, and 90% have ceiling fans.
